Kahwa Coffee expands St. Petersburg headquarters

A local coffee roaster and café chain is establishing a larger corporate headquarters in St. Petersburg.

Kahwa Coffee, the largest independent coffee roaster in the state, leased nearly 25,000 square feet of industrial space at 4001 35th St. N in St. Pete to serve as its corporate headquarters. The space will house the company’s roasting operation, production space, corporate offices and a dedicated training center, adding more than 10,000 square feet compared to its existing headquarters as it continues to expand.
