North Carolina developer plans nearly 400 apartments in Wesley Chapel

A North Carolina developer is planning a nearly 400-unit apartment complex in one of the fastest-growing areas in Pasco County.

Aventon Cos. will build a 384-unit luxury apartment complex in Wesley Chapel, along the southwest corner of State Road 56 and Meadow Point Boulevard. The four-story community will span 19 acres on vacant land. A permit was filed with the county last week for initial land preparation work for Aventon Wesley Chapel.
