Wesley Chapel retail center sells for nearly $8M

A retail center in one of Pasco County’s most in-demand areas sold for nearly $8 million.

Promenade Retail, a three-unit retail strip property in Wesley Chapel at 7605 to 7597 Triumph Ridge Point, traded hands on June 11 for $7.89 million, according to a deed filed with Pasco County. A private Florida-based investor tied to Parcjay Promenade LLC acquired the property, which sits on just over 1 acre, at the high-trafficked corner of Curley Road and Overpass Road.
