Lakeland distribution center housing PepsiCo's Gatorade operations sells for $61.5M

A massive distribution center in Lakeland traded hands in a three-property Sun Belt portfolio sale.

CenterState Logistics Center, a 605,412-square-foot warehouse north of the Interstate 4 and State Road 33 interchange, sold for $61.5 million to EQT Real Estate, a global real estate investor headquartered in Radnor, Pennsylvania. EQT also acquired distribution centers in Savannah, Georgia and Jacksonville.
