Jabil sells another St. Petersburg building for $31 million

A St. Petersburg-based Fortune 500 company has sold another building on its headquarters campus.

Jabil Inc. sold a 124,000-square-foot building on its campus at 10500 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St. N for $31 million. This is the third building the electronics manufacturer has sold to Los Angeles-based Bankers Commercial Corp. It appears Jabil will lease back the property, according to documents recorded in Pinellas County.
