Third Lake Development proposes Wesley Chapel apartment complex

A Tampa-based developer has proposed a new apartment project at The Grove at Wesley Chapel.

Third Lake Development filed plans with Pasco County for a 273-unit multifamily development on nearly 9 acres at the northeast corner of Orange Quarter Lane and Wesley Grove Boulevard. The project is expected to be built in three phases, joining The Grove at Wesley Chapel — a master-planned development with a mix of retail, restaurants, entertainment and lifestyle services.
