New York private equity firm adds more office space in Tampa

Star Mountain Capital has scooped up more office space in downtown Tampa, where it's grown substantially since opening a strategic hub in early 2024.

The firm is nearly tripling its real estate, adding 22,000 square feet to its existing 13,000 square feet at 100 N. Tampa, which is the second largest office outside of its New York headquarters, Star Mountain CEO Brett Hickey told the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
