Wright's Gourmet House to add locations in Brandon, Wesley Chapel

Wright’s Gourmet House is bringing its layer cakes and pumpernickel bread to the Tampa suburbs, with a splashy new prototype that will expand its offerings and catering reach.

Caspers Co., which purchased Wright’s in 2024, said it is planning to open two 15,000-square-foot hub-style facilities that include its signature cafes alongside catering facilities, espresso bars, a gourmet market and more.
