Rocca owners prep for North Hyde Park restaurant openings

The owners of Michelin-starred Rocca will open a Spanish concept and a sushi concept in a new mixed-use development in Tampa.

Spanish-inspired restaurant Lumbre will open July 15 at 220 N. Rome Ave., Greg Proechel, COO of hospitality group Tastes Pretty Good, told the Tampa Bay Business Journal. It will open at the Rome Collective, a mixed-use development in North Hyde Park. The company signed a 10-year lease, with two five-year renewal options.
