Harbor Acres waterfront estate sells for $17M in record Sarasota mainland deal

A recent residential sale marks the most expensive so far this year in the Harbor Acres area of Sarasota.

The six-bedroom home at 1204 Hillview Drive sold for $17 million on July 2. The sale price breaks down to $2,212 per square foot. This marks the highest-priced residential sale on the Sarasota mainland in 2026 — not including Longboat Key — and the highest-priced home sale in Harbor Acres this year, according to Stellar MLS.
