Tampa expressway authority seeks developers for two downtown sites

The Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority is seeking developers to transform two properties in downtown Tampa.

THEA released a request for qualifications on Thursday, asking members of the real estate community interested in activating the properties to submit their qualifications and proposals. THEA will not evaluate detailed design submissions, pricing, rent terms or purchase prices at this stage.
