Kolter Urban inches toward breaking ground on downtown Sarasota Hyatt Centric hotel

Kolter Urban is inching toward breaking ground on a downtown Sarasota Hyatt Centric hotel.

The developer has already demolished the Hyatt Regency Sarasota, an aging hotel that previously was on the property, to make way for the Hyatt Centric Harborside, Ed Jahn, senior vice president of Kolter Urban, told the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
