Motor-themed restaurant in Pinellas Park is now for sale

A nearly 5-acre property in Pinellas Park has hit the market as the motor-themed restaurant on the site is set to close. Quaker Steak & Lube, which has operated at 10400 49th St. N since 2003, will shut its doors July 5. NAI Burns Scalo listed the restaurant for sale Monday for an unknown asking price, marketing the property as prime second-generation restaurant space or a redevelopment opportunity.
