Long-awaited apartments move forward at Brandon Town Center

Plans are moving forward with over 300 apartments in Brandon as part of a broader mixed-use project.

American Landmark Apartments, headquartered in Tampa, filed a mass grading permit with Hillsborough County for 360 apartment units. The property consists of townhouse-style rental units and will be called the Cottages at Brandon.
