Private equity firm acquires Tarpon Springs industrial park

A private equity firm acquired three warehouses and about an acre of vacant land in a Tarpon Springs industrial park.

North Park Ventures, a national private equity firm with offices in Chicago, Miami, New York City and Minneapolis, bought the industrial property for $10.5 million, according to a deed filed June 3. The property includes three warehouses totaling over 80,000 square feet.
