Developer acquires 17 acres in Brandon for apartment complex

A multifamily developer with a significant footprint in Tampa Bay has purchased a Brandon property to make way for hundreds of apartments.

Kolter Multifamily purchased 17 acres of land along Graves Road on June 3 for $2.8 million, according to a deed filed with Hillsborough County. The developer is proposing a 280-unit luxury apartment complex called Alton Brandon.
