Hattricks is getting close to opening its second Tampa restaurant

A longtime downtown Tampa sports bar is preparing to open its second location in South Tampa.

Hattricks filed a sign permit with the city earlier this month for its new location at 4075 Henderson Blvd. The sports bar will occupy a 1,018-square-foot building with a 375-square-foot covered patio. The space was previously home to Sun Country Cleaners, which has since been demolished to make way for Hattricks.
