Miami developer to kick off downtown Tampa's Riverwalk District with 24-story tower

Related Group will begin construction on its long-awaited development on the west bank of the Hillsborough River in downtown Tampa.

Miami-based Related, which considers Tampa its second-largest market outside of South Florida, said that it will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for the 24-story Manor Riverwalk on June 17. Related paid $55 million for the 6 acres it has since dubbed the Riverwalk District in 2022. Beyond towers, the district will also include waterfront amenities such as a kayak launch, a Riverwalk underpass and boat slips.
