New Jersey joint venture proposes 400 apartments as Pasco County population hub expands

Hundreds of apartments are planned for Pasco County's most heavily populated area as part of a larger master-planned development.

New Jersey-based M&M Route 54 West LLC, a joint venture between Edgewood Properties and JMP Holdings, filed a permit with the county for a 400-unit apartment complex in Trinity near the intersection of State Road 54 and Little Road. The apartment building will span about 16 acres across vacant land on the Mitchell Ranch property.
