Developer proposes spec warehouses near Dallas Bull nightclub

Warehouses are planned to be built near the line-dancing nightclub Dallas Bull.

Orlando-based Foundry Commercial is planning to build two speculative warehouses totaling 146,987 square feet. A Southwest Florida Water Management District permit was filed Tuesday for the warehouses that will span nearly 12 acres off of North U.S. Highway 301 in eastern Hillsborough County.
