Miami developer proposes over 300 apartments at Tampa's RITHM

A Miami-based developer is proposing a four-story apartment complex at Tampa's RITHM at Uptown, a mixed-use development on the property formerly known as University Mall on East Fowler Avenue.

A Southwest Florida Water Management District permit was filed Friday for a 346-unit apartment complex at 2200 E. Fowler Ave. Related Group is the developer behind the apartments. The complex will span nearly 10 acres at the northwest corner of RITHM, which stands for research, innovation, technology, habitat and medicine.
