Denton Avenue project could bring hundreds of homes to Hudson as rezoning vote nears

A major development in West Pasco County could potentially transform agricultural land into a residential and retail hub.

Tampa-based New Strategy Holdings, a land development and acquisitions company, is in the early planning stages of the Denton Avenue project — which would allow 832 single-family homes, 75,000 square feet of commercial/retail and 440,000 square feet of light industrial uses. The proposed project awaits further discussion following a rezoning amendment presentation at the county commission meeting.
