Largo opens $85M city hall as part of downtown revitalization effort

The city of Largo has opened its new city hall.

The new facility at 440 West Bay Drive marks a major investment — about $85 million — in downtown Largo. The project, called Horizon West Bay, includes a new city hall, parking garage and 18,000 square feet of retail, which will add to ongoing efforts to activate the city’s downtown.
