Sarasota County's priciest Casey Key home sale in 12 months closes at $9M

The $9 million sale of a waterfront estate in Sarasota County is the highest Casey Key home sale in a year.

The beachfront home built to withstand catastrophic storms at 4005 Casey Key Road in Nokomis is set on a half-acre and spans nearly 8,000 square feet. Its sale closed May 20th for $9 million or $1,128 per square foot.
