Tampa developer plans over 800 homes in eastern Pasco

A developer is targeting an Eastern suburb in Pasco County for over 800 single-family homes as part of a larger development.

Tampa-based developer Eisenhower Property Group filed a Southwest Florida Water Management District permit Wednesday for 812 homes across 374.6 acres of vacant pasture land in San Antonio. This is phase three of the community with additional units planned in future phases.
