Dallas developer snags east Tampa RV storage site for spec warehouses

An RV storage facility in eastern Hillsborough County was sold for $6.5 million to a Dallas developer that plans to redevelop it with warehouses.

Constellation Real Estate Partners acquired 19 acres of land in Dover on April 28 from Spacebox Dover LLC, an entity linked to Mississippi-based York Developments, according to a deed filed with the county. The company expects to break ground this month on Constellation East Tampa Business Center, which will include three speculative industrial warehouses totaling 251,162 square feet, according to a release.
