Ford's Garage-anchored building in St. Pete listed for sale less than a year after acquisition

The Ford’s Garage-anchored retail in downtown St. Petersburg is back on the market nearly a year after it sold.

Last May, Miami-based Torose Equities, in partnership with RKG Holdings and HSH Holdings Co., acquired 200 First Ave. S for $6.125 million. The 9,868-square-foot property is now listed for $9.265 million, according to CBRE marketing materials.
