Developer plans 270-unit apartment complex in fastest-growing New Port Richey

A North Carolina developer is planning nearly 300 apartment units in Pasco County.

Aventon Cos. submitted a water permit to the Southwest Florida Water Management District on Monday for a 270-unit apartment complex in New Port Richey at the southeast corner of the intersection at Decubellis Road and Little Road. Such applications are often the first step toward development. The project is called Aventon Little Multifamily.
