St. Petersburg seeks developer for mixed-use project in The Deuces

St. Petersburg is seeking a developer to build a mixed-use project to the corridor south of downtown known as The Deuces.

The city posted a request for proposals April 6, seeking a developer to transform the 3-acre property in the northern section of the Deuces along 22nd Street South into a mixed-use development with mixed-income housing. Responses are due May 22.
