20-story tower, retail move forward in St. Pete's Edge district

A mixed-use development in St. Petersburg’s Edge district is inching forward.

The city of St. Pete issued a sitework permit on March 30 for the Edge Collective’s second phase, which includes new retail and a residential building on the 1100 block of Central Avenue. It will be adjacent to the first phase, which includes the Moxy Hotel and the office and retail building at 1246 Central Ave.
