Global Special Operations Forces Foundation acquires South Tampa office building

A Tampa-based nonprofit organization acquired a South Tampa office building for its corporate headquarters.

Global Special Operations Forces Foundation closed on the nearly 20,000-square-foot office building at 4224 Henderson Blvd. April 2 for $9 million in an off-market transaction. The building last sold in 2023 for $5.56 million, according to property records.
