Businessmen buy downtown Tampa building to hold for church

Two Tampa businessmen have acquired a downtown building to hold the property for the future needs of Sacred Heart Church.

Blake Casper, co-owner of Caspers Co. and Oxford Commons, and Ray Hyer, CEO of Gardner Asphalt, paid $15 million for 412 E. Madison St. in a deal that closed March 31, Hillsborough County property records show.
