St. Pete mansion listed for short sale after judge tosses bankruptcy

An unfinished 7,300-square-foot mansion in St. Petersburg is moving forward with a short sale after a failed attempt to block foreclosure of the property through bankruptcy.

A Pinellas County judge dismissed a Chapter 11 filed by CTV Paradise LLC, the owner of 4718 Paradise Way S, and an entity linked to New Port Richey-based real estate developer CTV Capital and ruled the bankruptcy petition was made in bad faith, according to an order filed on April 6.
