Pinellas County to sell or lease 32 downtown Clearwater properties

Pinellas County is looking to sell multiple properties in downtown Clearwater as it moves forward with a new county complex.

The Pinellas County Commission unanimouslyto declare 32 parcels in downtown Clearwater as surplus, including authorization to advertise the properties for sale through a competitive request for negotiations process. The properties consist of the county’s current government buildings, which will be vacated when the new government center, with a courthouse, administrative building, service building and parking garage, is complete at 13600 Icot Blvd.
