Texas developer to break ground on spec warehouse in Brandon

Houston-based Alliance Industrial Co. is preparing to break ground on a speculative development and its first project in the Florida region.

The developer plans to deliver Bullseye Logistics, a 351,464‑square‑foot, two‑building industrial development at 500 S. Falkenburg Road in Brandon. Each building will also have two speculative offices that will be 1,686 square feet and 2,901 square feet, a representative for Alliance told the Tampa Bay Business Journal. The development is called the Falkenburg Distribution Center.
