Dynasty Financial Services is preparing for its headquarters move to the Residences at 400 Central with a large investment.

The wealth management firm that moved its headquarters from New York City to St. Petersburg in 2019 leased 44,434 square feet in the mixed-use condominium tower at 400 Central Ave. Now, it plans to invest $10 million to build out the office space it is expected to move into in the fall.
