Sarasota developer proposes 300 single-family homes in Lakewood Ranch

A Sarasota-based developer is planning hundreds of luxury homes in Lakewood Ranch.

Neal Communities filed plans with the Southwest Florida Water Management District on Friday for 300 single-family homes, spanning 227 acres across Lakewood Ranch. Fieldstone, as the subdivision has been named, will be located off of Bourneside Boulevard.
