St. Pete sets summer timeline for Historic Gas Plant developer selection after short-listing proposals

St. Petersburg could select a developer to reimagine the 86-acre Historic Gas Plant this summer.

The city rolled out a tentative timeline for proposal selection after sharing internal evaluations of the proposals, which highlighted four of eight for short-listing and sent them to Mayor Ken Welch for consideration. Contract negotiations with a selected developer are expected to begin in July.
