Apartments will also rise on the former HSN headquarters property in St. Petersburg, where the developer has already obtained city approval for an industrial park.

Greystar, the largest apartment developer in the country, is moving forward with a three-phase redevelopment of the 65-acre property once home to HSN. St. Petersburg’s Development Review Commission unanimously approved the developer’s proposal on March 4 to build more than 400,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space on about 41 acres. Filings to the Southwest Florida Water Management District on Tuesday show another portion of the site will be a multifamily development.
