YouTube real estate sensation Ben Mallah sold his Westshore hotel for $26 million.

Hodges Ward Elliot, a boutique hotel real estate capital markets adviser and part of Franklin Street’s platform, brokered the sale of Four Points Westshore by Sheraton Suites, representing Mallah. The eight-story, 263-key hotel at 4400 W Cypress St. sold to a South Florida entity, Cypress Hotel Owner LLC.
