Arizona developer plans over 100 townhomes in South Hillsborough

A multifamily commercial real estate company is proposing over 100 townhomes in one of Hillsborough County's fastest-growing areas.

Scottsdale, Arizona-based Alliance Residential Co., submitted site plans to Hillsborough County for 130 townhomes in Sun City Center, off of Cypress Village Boulevard. The new development, which is currently zoned as agricultural land, will span nearly 14 acres, according to building records.
