New York developer breaks ground on logistics center near SeaPort Manatee

New York-based Uniland Development Co. is building a more than 345,000-square-foot logistics center just a few miles south of SeaPort Manatee.

Jacob Montante, Uniland’s senior real estate investment manager, said the project will feature three flexible warehouse spaces. The Port Manatee Logistics Center is being built at 11805 U.S. 41 in Palmetto and totals 50 acres. It is being marketed by Cushman & Wakefield.
