RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Fit2Run in downtown St. Pete demolished as developer weighs options The building off of Second Street North was torn down Monday — a first step toward redevelopment that’s been years in the making. The Kolter Group bought the property in 2021 and rolled out plans for a Tempo by Hilton hotel in 2023, but the developer is now considering all options, according to a source familiar with the deal.
