HomeServices of America lands Zillow partnership to showcase pre-market listings

HomeServices of America Inc., the home brokerage heavyweight and parent company to Edina Realty Inc., has landed a partnership with Zillow Group Inc. (Nasdaq: Z) to allow its real estate agents to bring their home listings to the market earlier.

The Eden Prairie-based company, which operates in all 50 states, announced the partnership Tuesday. The partnership allows pre-market listings to appear in Zillow Preview, Zillow’s new platform that launches next month, before they become active.
