Downtown St. Pete apartments sold for over $100 million

A South Florida group has paid $131 million for a downtown St. Petersburg apartment complex, Pinellas County property records show.

Ram Realty Advisors, a real estate investment management firm based in Palm Beach Gardens, acquired Beacon 430, a 327-unit apartment community at 430 Third Ave. S. The buyer plans to invest in the property through a value-add program focused on operational enhancements, common area and amenity improvements and select unit interior upgrades. The buyer secured an $88.3 million loan from Wells Fargo Bank, Pinellas records show.
