Trammell Crow to break ground on spec warehouse in Hillsborough

A Dallas developer will soon break ground on a speculative warehouse in Hillsborough County.

Trammell Crow Co., which relaunched a Central Florida presence in 2021, acquired 10 acres of land and plans to develop it into New Tampa Commerce Center, a 136,714-square-foot speculative warehouse in Thonotosassa, according to a release. The single-story warehouse is located at 9447 E. Fowler Ave. and has immediate access to U.S. Highway 301 and Interstate 75.
