Sky Town mixed-use project eyes third phase in Skyway Marina district

The master-planned, mixed-use development in the Skyway Marina district is preparing for its third phase.

Sky Town, developed by Coral Gables-based Altis Cardinal, broke ground on its second phase in October, transforming the former Ceridian office campus at 3201 34th St. S. The developer filed plans with the Southwest Florida Water Management District Monday for phase three, which consists of a mixed-use building with multifamily, retail and restaurant uses.
