Tampa developer scales back plans to revamp Tierra Verde Marina

The Tampa-based developer that withdrew its application to redevelop the Tierra Verde Marina has returned with a scaled-back proposal.

Greenleaf Capital submitted a new application to redevelop the 7-acre property home to the 40-year-old marina. The new proposal is a one-phase project intending to modernize the marina, expand boat storage and bring new public amenities with a significant reduction in scale and without any bonus requests.
