Construction to begin soon at luxury furniture branded condo in St. Petersburg

After weeks of splashy marketing campaigns, the Roche Bobois St. Pete Tower is almost ready to break ground.

Valor Real Estate Development will deliver 164 condominium units in its proposed 29-story tower. The developer submitted a permit application valued at $3.86 million on Wednesday for the permanent foundation for the tower at 344 Fourth St. S. It will be the first Roche Bobois-branded residence in the United States.
