St. Petersburg approves site plan to transform former HSN campus into industrial park

The city of St. Petersburg has approved a first step toward turning the former HSN campus into an industrial park.

The Development Review Commission on Wednesday unanimously approved national developer Greystar’s proposal to build more than 400,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space on about 41 acres of the 65-acre property. The approval is a first step in transforming a coveted and rare mass of land in the state’s most densely populated county.
